What's included in the Ultimate Store Starter?

Our Ultimate Store Starter service begins with creating or applying your brand identity. If you already have a logo and branding, we’ll integrate it seamlessly across your store and products. If not, we’ll design custom assets like a text-based logo, typeface, and color scheme tailored to your vision. From there, we’ll build a custom Shopify store layout, covering up to three key pages such as the homepage, catalog, or about section. You can choose from any Shopify theme (free or paid) though paid theme costs aren’t included in the package.

Next, we guide you through product and store setup. Our beauty market experts will help you choose products from Selfnamed’s catalog based on your brand, market trends, and customer demand. Once you’ve selected up to 10 products, we’ll create a matching visual concept and apply it across them. We also help with store visuals and text—either using your own assets for maximum authenticity or providing AI-generated copy and quality stock images if needed.

To complete your store setup, we ensure all the technical essentials are handled. You’ll choose and purchase your own domain, and we’ll connect it to your Shopify store. For payments, we guide you through setting up your merchant accounts (like Stripe or PayPal) and configure everything within Shopify. We’ll also set up your shipping configuration so you’re ready to launch smoothly.

Is logo creation included in the Design Service?

No, the Design Services include the packaging design. Our designer will use your logo, colours, fonts, and preferences to arrange all these elements in a way that maintains cohesiveness and aligns with your preferences.

How long does it take to complete the designs?

Accepted Answer

After you apply for Design Services, you will receive a form within 24 hours of purchase. Once you fill out the form correctly, we will create two design concepts within two weeks of your submission.

After the initial review, an additional two weeks is needed for any adaptations. Depending on your feedback and the information you provide, the lead time for concept development and adaptations may vary by approximately one-week on average.

What does Technical Design Customisation package include?

Technical Design Customisation includes any changes of the technical information. Like, removing or adding languages, removing the transparent background, changing description and product name, removing the QR code, etc. If you have further questions about this, please email support@selfnamed.com.

Will I receive the final design files?

Accepted Answer

You will receive the final design files in PNG format, which are ready to be used in our Design Studio and printed. These files cannot be edited.

How does Selfnamed Design Service work?

Purchase the Design Service of your choice and fill out the form. We will then create the design concepts. We recommend ordering a product sample once the design is ready, so you can see how it looks in real life. Learn more here.

Can I review the design before a sample is printed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our design team will create two concepts, which you can review and inquire about additional design options. Depending on the situation, we may consider another round of review, but usually one review is sufficient.
